Embarked in 2009, Young Fresh Different (YFD) was established to engage with emerging artists, offering them a platform to share their voices and build connections within the art world. Over the past 14 years, Zilberman has remained committed to supporting young artists, creating spaces for artistic expression and growth within the commercial art field.

 

Young Fresh Different is announced nationwide by Galeri Zilberman with an open call every year, and takes place as the last exhibition of the season. There are no restrictions or limitations on topic or material, and anyone under the age of 35 can apply.

 

YFD's last two editions continued its mission across Zilberman’s two locations: Mısır Apartmanı, Istanbul, and Goethestraße 82, Berlin. Beyond the exhibition that it leads to, Young Fresh Different offered mentorship, visibility, and opportunities for artistic growth. This commitment has fostered a dynamic platform for emerging voices, offering them a sense of belonging, a crossroads where ideas, cultural perspectives, and artistic practices converge.
