Cengiz Tekin is participating in Sapma Protokolü (Deviation Protocol), a group exhibition curated by Elif Bursalı. Presented as part of PASAJ’s Failure Is My Favorite Color theme, the exhibition opened at PASAJ @ Barın Han on October 1, 2026.
Bringing together works by Bengü Karaduman, Cengiz Tekin, Ece Ağırtmış, Merve Kılıçer, Özgür Demirci, and Sümer Sayın, the exhibition explores how life trajectories shift through conscious decisions or unexpected interventions. Rather than approaching deviation solely as a liberating choice, it considers it a multilayered process shaped by belonging, constraint, error, failure, and displacement.
Through the notions of failure and deviation, Sapma Protokolü invites viewers to reconsider the relationship between individual trajectories, personal choices, and the circumstances that shape them.
The exhibition is on view at PASAJ @ Barın Han from October 1 to November 15, 2026, daily except Mondays, from 10 am to 6 pm.
