Cengiz Tekin is participating in Baktığın Yerde, a group exhibition hosted by Nazım Hikmet Cultural Centre in Nilüfer, Bursa. Curated by Melodi Gülbaba and Yasemin Ülgen, the exhibition runs from April 26 to July 27, 2025.
Baktığın Yerde examines how the concept of landscape has evolved beyond mere visual representation, reflecting social, cultural, and individual experiences. The exhibition brings together works that explore how natural and constructed environments intersect with memory, identity, and collective histories. By positioning viewers as both observers and participants, the exhibition invites a reconsideration of space, time, and our relationship to our surroundings. Alongside Cengiz Tekin, artists from different generations contribute works that question the role of landscape in personal and shared narratives.
