Lucia Tallová featured in Im Erweiterten Raum at Künstlerhaus Wien (28/02/2026)
The exhibition Im Erweiterten Raum will be on view at the upper floor of Künstlerhaus from February 28 to June 7, 2026. Conceived as a collaboration between STRABAG ART and Künstlerhaus Vereinigung, the exhibition is curated by Sebastian Haselsteiner (Director of STRABAG ART) and Günther Oberhollenzer (Artistic Director of Künstlerhaus).
Bringing together significant works from the STRABAG ART Collection, the exhibition focuses on outstanding artistic positions in painting and drawing that explore the boundaries of their medium in distinct ways. The selected works reaffirm the continued relevance and expressive force of these traditional media within today’s multimedia landscape. Expansive installations, including works produced specifically for the exhibition, demonstrate both formal precision and conceptual depth. The ten Austrian and European artists featured in the exhibition are recipients of the STRABAG ART Award.
In dialogue with the main exhibition, the Factory spaces present an extended insight into the STRABAG ART Award between 28 February and 29 March 2026, showcasing works by 34 national and international artists from the STRABAG ART Collection.
Participating artists: Sevda Chkoutova, Gunter Damisch, Robert Gabris, Birke Gorm, Maria Legat, Stefan Peters, Natascha Schmitten, Lucia Tallová, Andreas Werner, and Clemens Wolf.
