Burçak Bingöl, Erinç Seymen, Walid Siti and Eşref Yıldırım participate in the group show “House of Wisdom” taking place at Bonington Gallery in Nottingham from 27 September until 27 October 2018. Curated by the Istanbul-based Collective Çukurcuma (Naz Cuguoğlu, Serhat Cacekli and Mine Kaplangı), House of Wisdom explores the political power of books and libraries in our century, and is presented as a travelling exhibition/library that explores the increasing levels of censorship on information and the current sociopolitical situation in and around Turkey.
