Alpin Arda Bağcık selected as Young Artist of the Year (20/04/2020)
Alpin Arda Bağcık was selected as ‘Young Artist of the Year’ organised by International Association of Art (IAA) within Wallace Hartley Awards. World Art Day is an international celebration of the fine arts declared by IAA since 2012. The awards were anounced by Bedri Baykam on live stream.
Alpin Arda Bağcık's painting practice takes inspiration from defining moments in history, questioning the truth of knowledge production, especially the images circulating in the media and the myths or conspiracy theories around them.
