Selçuk Artut in the Web Biennial 2020 ‘Apeiron’, Istanbul (07/08/2020)

Selçuk Artut took part in the web biennial Aperion with his “Bloody Who It’s Me,” which took place between May 25-December 25, 2020. The event was first organized by artist and theorist Genco Gülan in 2003 and curated by İpek Yeğinsu this year. Istanbul Contemporary Art Museum (On-line) Museum, of which Gülan is the founder, serves as a portal for experimental and non-representative electronic art and focuses on network-based alternative art applications. Aperion, giving its name to the event, was first used by the philosopher Anaximander between 610 and 546 B.C. in the meaning of “uncertain,” “unlimited” and “infinite.”
