Guido Casaretto at the exhibition Journey To Italy XXI - The Gaze on the Other at Casa di Goethe (04/11/2022)
Journey To Italy XXI - The Gaze on the Other, curated by Ludovico Pratesi, explores the practice of traveling to Italy today, which has fundamentally changed since Goethe's time. Featuring Guido Casaretto's Crossing Carnevale, the exhibition presents the perspectives of eight artists from different generations working in Italy and Germany and analyzes the situation of Italy and Germany in a crisis-stricken Europe. The exhibition will be on view at Casa di Goethe from October 28, 2022 to March 2023.
