Azade Köker at the auction organized by Christie's for the benefit of İKSV’s 50th Anniversary Young Artist Fund (04/11/2022)
Christie's, one of the world's leading auction houses, has reserved a special section at its London auctions in October to benefit İKSV's 50th Anniversary Young Artist Fund. Newly launched by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts in its 50th anniversary year, the İKSV 50th Anniversary Young Artist Fund will be used to support young artists to produce new works through Istanbul Festivals and the Istanbul Biennial. In this selection, titled Istanbul Calling, 23 works donated by artists from Turkey and abroad, including Azade Köker, were offered for sale. The support auction was held on October 14 as part of Christie's Post-War and Contemporary Art Day Auction.
