Heba Y. Amin and Agata Lisia's conversation at Geographical Imaginations (02/01/2023)
Host Agata Lisiak meet with artist and academic Heba Y. Amin at the Zilberman Gallery Berlin. They talked about Amin's solo exhibition entitled When I See the Future, I Close My Eyes, and discussed how colonial and imperialist violence continues to shape our present. Amin demands accountability, or what Doreen Massey called political responsibility, not only for past crimes, but also for “present wrongs, including those distant in space”.
