Contemporary Art from Turkey exhibited in Austria (02/12/2023)
The contemporary art center Künstlerhaus Palais Thurn und Taxis in Austria hosted a selection from Turkey's contemporary art. The exhibition Everything will be just like now – just a little different was on view from December 2, 2023 to January 7, 2024. The first in a series of exhibitions initiated by Kolekta, the exhibition was curated by Derya Yücel. The exhibition featured works from Azade Köker, Cengiz Tekin, Erinç Seymen, Neriman Polat, Sena Başöz, and Yaşam Şaşmazer. The exhibition, which will be held with the support of the State of Vorarlberg and contributions from the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, aims to strengthen communication and cooperation between Austria and Turkey through art.
