Memed Erdener at Art at the Zero Point (01/02/2025)
Initiated by the Antakya-based collectives Antakya Performative Collective and Janus Artzine, Art at the Zero Point brought together artists—many from Antakya—who navigate the ongoing post-trauma period as both creators and subjects of the earthquake’s aftermath. The project seeks to facilitate healing by using art as a means of understanding, expression, and collective resilience. Through artistic perspectives, it creates a space for dialogue, empowerment, and recovery.
Art at the Zero Point took place from February 1 to 8, 2025, at Defne Evi, located in Akdeniz Mahallesi, offering a platform for artistic engagement in Antakya’s rebuilding process.
