İpek Duben at Sage Art Center, Spas Gallery (01/02/2013)
Galeri Zilberman artist İpek Duben participated in the group exhibition “Aşina / Familiar” at SPAS Gallery at Sage Art Center in Rochester, New York from October 25th to November 16th. Duben's featured works were “What is a Turk?” from 2003-2004 in which 30 postcards juxtapose descriptions of the 'Turk' by western travellers, historians, anthropologists, journalists and diplomats with photographs of people and daily life in Istanbul; and her collaboration with Nancy Atakan in 2005 called “Thinking Garbage / Düşünen Çöpler”.
