With his video work Neue Wache, 2015, Isaac Chong Wai participated in the film programme of the Loop Festival titled 'Reconstructing the Self – Performativity in Hong Kong’s Moving Image' in Barcelona, Spain. The screening took place on 23 November 2019. Curated by Isaac Leung, the film screening includes works by Comyn MO Man Yu, Morgan Wong, Sikay Tang, David Clarke, Edwin Lo, Jennifer Chan, Hu Rui, Nicole Pun, Phoebe MAN Ching Ying and Rob Crosse.
