Podium Zilberman podcast series has reached 20 episodes in its second season (24/03/2022)

Continuing to bring together artists and guests from various disciplines, the podcast series "Podium Zilberman'' carries on its program in the second season. The podcast series includes records that follow the developments in the arts and culture field, as well as contents that are synchronized with the exhibition program of the gallery's venues based both in Istanbul, Berlin, and the newly. The weekly broadcasts are prepared and presented by Zeynep Nur Ayanoğlu and can be listened free of charge on Spotify, SoundCloud, and Apple Podcasts.

In the series that accompanied Başak Bugay's solo exhibition "Fugue", besides the artist, we hosted archaeologist İsmail Gezgin and Şermola Performance co-founder dramaturg Berfin Zenderlioğlu. Also, curator Didem Yazıcı, one of the authors of the catalog published on the occasion of Guido Casaretto's solo exhibition "Of Goats, Scapes and Appropriations" opened in our Berlin gallery, was one of our podcast guests. In addition, we hosted our artist Didem Erk and curator Schulamit Bruckstein Çoruh following the exhibition titled “A Blue Ballad” that took place in our project space located on the 2nd floor of the Mısır Apartment. Examining the opening exhibition of our new venue in Piyalepaşa, Zilberman Selected, we had a pleasant recording with our artist Fatoş İrwen, whose works are in the exhibition "By Proxy", and the co-curators of the exhibition, program directors Melis Golar and Naz Kocadere. We hosted our artist Simon Wachsmuth, who was one of the participants of the Culture Academy Tarabya residency program organized with the support of Goethe Institute, and the theater director Emre Koyuncuoğlu, with whom he worked within the scope of their joint project. Lastly, we had an intriguing conversation with digital arts curator Esra Özkan about digitalization in art and the restoration and permanence of digital art with the advent of NFTs.
