Sandra del Pilar at The Museum of Hamm (13/07/2022)
Sandra del Pilar will take place with ten of her works at the exhibition Fascination Paper, curated by Dr. Diana Lenz-Weber.
Ever since paper has existed, people have been fascinated by this material. For paper embodies tenderness and strength, fragility and solidity, it seems equally untouchable and haptically attractive. No other material in art is so sensual, present and changeable. It is often necessary to get involved in order to discover the subtleties, but the more lasting the effect of this special art. The medium of paper speaks a universal language independent of language and culture and thus reaches everyone. The Gustav Lübcke Museum in Hamm will show how infinite the creative possibilities are in dealing with paper in the exhibition "Faszination Papier - fascination paper" from 14 August 2022 to 15 January 2023.
