Memed Erdener at For Book Lovers exhibition (20/01/2023)
The group exhibition For Book Lovers, which runs from December 23 to January 28 in Mixer’s project room, brings together the works of Levent Aygül, Memed Erdener, Hatice Karadağ, Begüm Mütevellioğlu, Rugül Serbest, Meltem Sırtıkara, and Sevil Tunaboylu. The exhibition For Book Lovers is inspired by the book Reading Art: Art for Book Lovers by David Trigg. The book gathers works from various means of production throughout the history of art that include books. The exhibition focuses on contemporary paintings from the recent period that includes books and presents a selection to the audience in Mixer’s project room.
